Jeffrey Fry  – President / CEO

Mr. Fry brings over eighteen (18) years business experience with him in industries ranging from semiconductors and manufacturing to broadband systems and retail management within Fortune 250 companies.  Mr. Fry’s business acumen and video delivery and compression technologies will be instrumental to the success of Videodisgo. In addition, he is considered an expert in marketing, sales, total quality management and business development.

Over his career, Mr. Fry has implemented many successful business campaigns at Texas Instruments, Fairchild, Harris, and Philips. These programs significantly increased short and long-term revenue growth. Known as a keen innovator, Mr. Fry will use this talent to develop the company's strategic vision and growth goals.  

Mr. Fry received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, and is continuing graduate studies at St. Edwards University.  He is a member of the Society of Cable Television Engineers, the International Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), a former board member of COAX Corporation, and an active member of the Boy Scouts of America, serving as an Assistant Scoutmaster.

Bill Darnall - EVP of Engineering / CTO

William (Bill) Darnall will serve as Videodisgo’s VP of Engineering and will coordinate all aspects of the ADROIT development, including design, implementation and manufacture.  Mr. Darnall brings over thirty (30) years of engineering and engineering management experience to Videodisgo.

Mr. Darnall’s previous experience includes CTO at COAX Corporation, VP Engineering at Hodge Computer and International Telecom; and Engineering Director at Astrodata-Plessey and LTV Ling Electronics.  Mr. Darnall received the BSEE degree from Virginia Tech, completed MSEE graduate coursework at Catholic University of America, and received an MBA in Technology Management degree from the University of Phoenix. Membership in professional societies includes: American Society for Quality (ASQ); Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE); Project Management Institute (PMI); and Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society (ISA). He is a Fellow of the Society for the Advancement of Engineering

Edwin Wise –  Robotics Consultant

Mr. Wise will serve as Videodisgo’s lead robotics consultant and will assist in formalizing the design of the automated disc routing on-line inventory tracking (ADROIT) system. Mr. Wise is considered as one of the top robotics experts in the Austin area, and has authored two books on the subject and one on animatronics.

Mr. Wise was a founding member of Gecko Systems and Simulated Reality Systems.  He is a professional software engineer with twenty years experience developing robotics and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems. Mr. Wise was formerly serving as the Vice President of Development at Wittlock Engineering, LLC.  His experience also includes work in both computer games and educational software.
